You do the work. Coordn8r does the coordinating.
Most tools just hold your to-do list and leave the planning to you. Coordn8r actually does it — builds a real plan of who does what by when, saves the jobs you repeat, and quietly fixes the schedule when a date slips or someone's out. Nothing happens until you say go.
Free while we're in beta. Set up in minutes. No card.
Running a small business means being the planner, too — whether you signed up for it or not.
You're the one who knows which jobs are due, who's free, what's running late, and what you promised which client. It all lives in your head, a spreadsheet, and a stack of sticky notes. Then a date moves, someone's out sick, a new job comes in — and you're re-planning the whole week at 10pm.
It doesn't have to be you.
“Is my team slammed, or do we have room?”
“Can I promise this client next Friday?”
“A date moved — now what?”
“I'm doing admin till midnight.”
Think about last Sunday. How long did sorting out the week actually take? Now picture getting that time back.
Every other tool just holds your to-do list and leaves the planning to you. Coordn8r does the planning — and the re-planning — for you.
That's the whole point.
Three things it does, so you don't have to.
It plans your work, repeats the jobs you do over and over, and keeps everything on track when life happens. You stay in charge — nothing changes until you approve it.
Here's a real Tuesday.
A new project lands. Here's everything you'd normally do yourself — and what Coordn8r does instead.
Hand it over, however you've got it.
Type it like a text — or skip the typing entirely. Drop in the spec you already sent the client, forward the email, even snap a photo of the whiteboard. Coordn8r reads it and builds the project for you.
Spec, email, photo, or a quick sentence — whatever you've already got.
It hands back a real plan.
In a few seconds you get the steps, the people, and the dates — and a few ways to play it. Pick the trade-off that fits.
It's on everyone's calendar.
Say go, and the work lands on the right days, on the right people — around the meetings and time off already there. Nothing moved until you approved it.
Priya leads — it knows who's best on the work. Sam's Thursday off, already worked around.
That's the job — from “new client” to “it's handled” — without you touching a spreadsheet.
Your repeat jobs, down to one line.
Most of your work rhymes. A kitchen remodel, a website build, a monthly close — slightly different every time, but basically the same shape. Tell Coordn8r once how a website build goes, and the next one is a single sentence. It fills in the steps, picks who's free, and fits it to the new dates. You're not rebuilding the plan — you're reusing it.

Run it
Same shape, new job — fitted to who's free this time.
No starting from scratch.
Your best run becomes the default for the next one.
Still fitted to reality.
It re-checks who's free and re-times to the new deadline — not a blind copy-paste.
Gets sharper over time.
Tweak a template once and every future job inherits it.
It catches what you'd miss — and hands you the fix.
Coordn8r keeps an eye on every job. When something's about to go sideways, it flags it early and shows you the fix, ready to approve. You're not hunting for problems — they come to you, already solved.
Heads-up
Sam's now booked Thursday — that pushes QA past the 20th.
Coordn8r's fix
One tap. Nothing changes until you approve it.
The plan doesn't just get made. It stays true.
Built for small teams who run on deadlines and people's time.
If you've got a handful of people and more work than hours, this is for you. Working solo? It'll keep your jobs, dates, and promises straight too.
It sweats the details, too.
Say “yes” to clients with confidence.
Know whether you can hit a date before you promise it — and the soonest date you can.
The right person — and the right lead.
It knows who's able to do what and who you'd want leading — not just who's free. Connect your calendar and it plans around real life, so nobody's double-booked and nobody's idle.
Clients see a business that's on top of it.
Coordn8r can tell your clients when their work is done — and take their change requests — so you look buttoned-up without the chasing.
It learns how you work.
The more you use it, the more it works the way you do — your usual steps, your people, your defaults.
A spreadsheet, sticky notes, or the app you already pay for. You're doing it now.
Asana, Monday, Trello, a project board — call it what you want, they all just hold the list. You're still the one building the plan, updating it the moment something changes, and catching what slips. Coordn8r does that part for you, keeps it current automatically, and warns you before things go sideways — so the whole operation isn't riding on your memory and your evenings.
& to-do apps
Why I built Coordn8r
I ran a medium-sized business for years, and I was good at the work. What I wasn't good at — and honestly enjoyed the least — was the other job nobody warns you about: keeping everyone on the same page, all rowing toward the same goal. Knowing who was doing what, whether we'd hit the dates I'd promised, who had room and who was drowning.
That part lived in my head, a spreadsheet, and a hundred small worries. It ate my evenings. And the moment something moved — a sick day, a client pushing a date — I was the one re-planning the whole week at 10pm.
I built Coordn8r so you don't have to do that. So the juggling and the planning stop being your job, and you get to spend your time on the work you actually got into this to do — not on managing tasks and calendars.

Questions people ask.
Is this complicated to set up?
No. Tell it a bit about your business and it gets you going in minutes — it already understands how businesses like yours tend to work.
Do I have to enter everything perfectly?
No. Start rough. The more it knows about your team and your week, the better the plan — but it's useful from day one.
Will it change my schedule without asking?
Never. It always shows you a plan first. Nothing happens until you approve it.
What if a client moves a date or someone's out sick?
Tell Coordn8r, and it re-plans everything around the change, fast.
What happens when something starts to slip?
Coordn8r watches every job and flags trouble early — a step with nobody on it, a deadline at risk, a clash on someone's calendar — and shows you a fix ready to approve. You don't go hunting for problems; they come to you.
Can it handle the same kind of job I do over and over?
Yes. Tell it once how a job like that goes and save it. Next time it's a single sentence — Coordn8r fills in the steps, picks who's free, and fits it to the new dates.
Is my team too small / too big?
It's made for teams up to about 20. Smaller is great. Working solo is fine too.
Do I need to connect my calendar?
You don't have to — but it's the single best thing you can do. Then Coordn8r plans around real life, not just work.
What does it cost?
Right now, nothing — Coordn8r is free while it's in beta. Join during beta and you'll also get a stretch of free time after we launch, before any pricing kicks in. When we do set prices, they'll be built for small teams, and you'll get plenty of notice.
Do I have to use the AI?
Not at all. The AI is there to do the heavy lifting — describe a job and it builds the whole plan for you — but you can set things up and run them by hand whenever you'd rather. Coordn8r works with or without it; the AI just saves you the busywork.
What's an “AI request”?
Think of it as one real piece of work — not one message. Having Coordn8r build out a whole project from a sentence is about one request; a quick question or a small tweak counts for much less. So “100 AI requests” isn't 100 back-and-forth chats — it's 100 chunks of real work, which is plenty for most months. And if you're ever getting close to your limit, we'll tell you — we won't cut you off mid-project.
Will I actually keep using it — or is this another tool I'll abandon?
Fair question. Most tools get abandoned because you still have to do all the work in them. Coordn8r is the opposite: it does the planning for you, it's useful from day one with rough information, and it quietly keeps your week current instead of waiting for you to maintain it. And while it's free, there's nothing to lose by trying.
Picture next week. You leave at a normal hour. There's no Sunday-night spreadsheet. When a client asks “can you hit the 14th?”, you know the answer on the spot. When someone calls in sick, Coordn8r has a fixed-up plan ready for you before you've finished your coffee. You're not running the schedule anymore — you're just running the business.
